You know how I know the world is shifting?
Because it is my world and I am shifting.
I'm deleting fewer emails.
Emails from friends.
Emails from out there.
My cloud is almost full.
Dream symposium.
Your heart.
Meet the mushrooms.
Veterans on war.
They say the internet is all about rabbit holes.
But I have met some very interesting people.
And some people have met the very interesting me.
I have learned a lot.
About the microbiome.
About sleep and circadian rhythms.
About the healing properties of infrared light.
There is more light inside me!
I am more permeable.
But there is a downside.
My ass may be a little flatter.
I carry my head forward.
I lead with my forehead.
The good news is my nose is closer to the future.
It is closer to the blue screen.
But I am closer to my world.
And we are shifting.
