Diary: "A new birth of freedom" from the tin-gods is now urgently needed?

The need to FOCUS, and to stay focused ...

My belief is that we, the people of the Republic of Ireland, need to focus on the crucially important PRINCIPLE which lies at the very heart of Article 6.1 of our written Constitution (Bunreacht na hEireann), which is this (and which is much, much more I believe than just a "piece of paper"):

"All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good."

Basically, in my opinion, our Article 6.1 boils down to: "government of the people, by the people, for the people", of the GENUINELY DEMOCRATIC kind former US President Abraham Lincoln very skilfully and efficiently defined and described in the 1860s as the "unfinished work" and the "great task ahead" (for humanity)": please see at http://showcase.netins.net/web/creative/lincoln/speeches/gettysburg.htm .

Some very brief "Article 6.1 discussions" I have had fairly recently with a few people who, for very understandable reasons, obviously had SERIOUS problems with the word "God", suggest that such people might find it useful to think of the word "God" in Article 6.1 as representing the driving force behind the natural and deeply embedded "Sense of Justice" which Nature genetically programs into us while still in the womb; and, which the "tin gods" of our criminal governments -- visible and invisible, and especially all of the participating legal-profession and "bangster" criminals involved -- arrogantly and unrelentingly try to usurp and override for their own "world government of the tin-gods, by the tin-gods, for the tin-gods" purposes, right from the moment we are born until the moment we die: through the use of their control-freak and greed-ridden "tin-god unconstitutional (and consequently unlawful) 'laws'", and their unconstitutional activities, which they and their criminal accomplices in the main-stream-media fool the people into accepting as valid law.

How, for example, could the billions of Euros so far paid out by our corruption-ridden and criminal-ridden Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) possibly comply with Article 6.1 Bunreacht na hEireann (the Supreme Law of the Republic of Ireland) requirements, when the people of the Republic of Ireland have NEVER even been consulted, through the use of a constitutional referendum, on the matter of the "bankers bailouts": relating to the hundreds, and possibly thousands, of trillions of Euros derivatives-gambling-debts which the bankers have thus far self-indulgently created for themselves?
