I hope that the people who have applied the dispersant, Corexit9500A have followed all instructions that the EPA has posted
especially this one:
"Use with ventilation equal to unobstructed outdoors in moderate breeze." I guess we all have to get NOAA's definition of what constitutes a "moderate breeze" in the Deepwater Horizon offshore oil drilling platform explosion and subsequent gusher in the
Macondo Prsopect Oil Field.
