Judge/Attorney Mafia Theft of America, The Movie

Richard Hettler lost millions in Tom Petters Ponzi Scheme. Minneapolis, Minnesota, Judge Montgomery, attorneys, and law enforcement had to be complicit in order for the scheme to take off. After being a victim of theft and official fraud, Hettler was railroaded to prison. Upon release from prison, federal and local law enforcement paid Hettler a visit threatening his life, holding semi-automatic pistols to his head. I have held up Hettler's case to Vermont Congressman Peter Welch, Senator Patrick Leahy, and Senator Bernie Sanders.

If this is how our courts and justice system "work", I can see why we are in two wars of illegal occupation, how US Presidents can act like drug cartel bosses of the movie "Scarface," ilk, and how bankers, corporate officers, war contractors, and their official friends can get away with stealing as much as 197 trillion dollars from Americans, bankrupting the country sending us into a mega Depression.

I haven't yet seen the movie, "The Second Fraud," but assume it will be a good way to educate the general public of how courts and US Justice is crapulent, publicly corrupt, and merely official organized crime, a syndicate stealing us blind.

If we truly live in a Democratic Republic and have representation for our taxation, elected officials will see to it that Hettler and others get compensation and justice which can't be secured in courts. I suggest a Senate and Congressional hearing on the matter, and legislation to allow the Congress and Senate to remedy cases like Hettler's. Elected officials need also find a way to make the justice system work for the people. May I, also, suggest a People's Grand Jury System? [video]
