The picture of Michael Nowacki of New Canaan, Connecticut, was [found here] as part of a greenwichtime.com article, a subsidiary of Hearst Communications Inc. Anyone who questions authority in Connecticut can be toasted. Your state could be as bad. Michael Nowacki might have legitimate gripes, but going to elected officials to redress grievances, supposedly protected under the First Amendment, can end up in a series of arrests, convictions, property loss, and prison.
Connecticut State Senator Edwin Gomes seems to have let the cat out of the bag. I interpreted what Gomes said to mean that elected officials profile citizens. Profiling means police stalking of a citizen, his or her being put under surveillance where emails are read and phone calls listened to, where a citizen is put under a spotlight, any activity can be used as an excuse for an arrest, and once in the court system the maximum fines, jail time, and harshest conditions will apply. Friends and family can be stalked by police to terrorize any supporters of a target into keeping their distance. There is allegedly 24 lawyers out of 45 Judiciary Committee Committee legislators in the State of Connecticut. [Their bios dumped here, some interesting associations, that should raise red flags]. Who are the real terrorists, are they meeting secretly with an agenda to further harm you and to America?
Mr. Nowacki was a well paid CBS Executive and can be a little volatile, as he is type A, and not used to being told to eat crap and shut up and like it. If more Americans got upset at the liars in courts and at elected who hold office and claim to represent us paid with our tax dollars, America would not be in the condition it is in. So few people stand up for what is right, when one person does, he or she, feels the full weight of an out of control government taking full advantage of its overwhelming self-declared powers.
A returning US Marine can be stabbed 13 times by a felon on probation, because the US Marine made a police misconduct complaint and face 6 months in prison for causing a disturbance for having been stabbed when he woke up in the hospital. The felon on probation was not violated on probation for almost killing 3 people. [That Story]. So, does that sound like court case rigging by judges? Well, the police, judges, and lawyers you pay, all rig cases in concert. It is about ripping you off and making you shut up and like it. It is business as usual and police are even more brutal and courts even more unfair today.
Michael Nowacki will most likely end up serving a long prison sentence. In my opinion, it won't be for any crimes committed, it will be for retaliation. If Nowacki wishes to sue the system where lawyers, legislators, and judges have to worry about being caught for what they are doing wrong, Nowacki may die under questionable circumstances. These people stop at nothing.
A squeaky wheel doesn't get oiled, someone who is deemed a pain in the ass, gets prison or a secretly declared death sentence after taking beatings. Prison is an easy environment to continue the state terrorism retaliation program on an outspoken citizen. I have concerns for Michael Nowacki's safety. I don't feel there is legitimate legal authority in Connecticut. There are very questionable police practices. Elected officials seem more willing to represent international criminal bankers, a lawyer mafia, and other organized crime, not citizens. Look at Nowacki's case and realize that anyone who is put on a target list can be likewise abused. Do you want to live in a Corporate version of the Soviet Union or do you wish to live an America as our forefathers intended? Silence signifies acceptance.
