Mother Meera Darshan

(The below is taken from the Meera Foundation's Web Site. It's an interesting phenomenon noted by Prof. Max Muller in the last century, that the followers of spiritual teachers often attribute to them a status the teachers themselves never claim. Prof. Muller even gave this a name (which I frankly can't recall...:) But Meera has never claimed to be God. She does say, however, that she has never had a human birth, and she was sent by God to earth, and that she has been sent before (she won't say as whom). But she also says that at this point in history there are "many mothers and fathers", i.e. "Beings" such as herself, now alive and well and working towards the great Transformation which will usher in a Golden Age.

 All I can say is: if you believe this is all irrational, superstitious hooey: just spend a few moments in her Presence....)

Mother Meera, an incarnation of the Divine Mother, was born in South India on December 26, 1960. She lives in a small village in Germany and travels throughout the world offering Darshan, a blessing of Light and Love, free of charge. Mother Meera has come to purify the consciousness of the earth so it may be ready for Transformation. She is calling down onto the earth the light of the Supreme that makes transformation certain. Her work in our time is to open all people to the power and radiance of this Light so the Divine Will may be done and the Divine Life established on earth.

Mother wants no one to change his or her religion; She is not interested in "conversion." For Her it has no meaning. Whatever Incarnation you believe in, pray to Him or Her with all your heart and soul. All prayers sincerely addressed to the Divine go to Her; all sincere cries of the soul are heard and answered by Her; all pure openings to the Divine are openings to Her and Her Light. Mother's work is for the World, for all creeds, for all castes and all colors. She is the Mother of us all and in Her Love we may live in peace and love.

Mother also recommends that we offer everything to God, the pure and the impure. What we offer to the Divine will be accepted and changed. It also helps us to always think of God.
