Is the current Healthcare bill just passed by the Senate better than nothing?

The healthcare bill just passed by the Senate is probably very close to the final bill. Â Congress promises a bill on the President's desk by Christmas Day. Â Should it be passed? Â To help you decide, here are two analysis:
