Responsibility for Children Killed by U.S. Military and Allies

For the sake of poignancy, lets restrict the question to only the children killed by U.S. and allied military, not their parents, or uncles and aunts, or grandparents deaths.

How much responsibility do readers feel for Afghani/Pakistani children killed by U.S. and allied military action in their own countries?

I feel personally responsible, angry, and join in civil disobedience to stop it
I feel anguished and a crushing citizen responsibility, am involved in protesting the war.
I feel responsible, but am at a loss what to do about it, and too busy to think about it.
Not responsible. But feel somewhat uneasy about it being done in my name, but war is war.
I feel I am not responsible for the government's decisions. It has nothing to do with me.
I feel we are not responsible. Afghanis, Pakistanis are to blame for harboring al Qaeda.
