Mayor of London Boris Johnson had strong words in a Telegraph article for George W. Bush who recently admitted to three counts of waterboarding on specious legal footing. In praise of the USA, he felt Bush betrayed American values by torturing prisoners and might therefore be perp walked like Pinochet if he shows up in London Town.
