Nevada Democrats release details of app-based early voting, caucusing ahead of first-in-the-West contest

This December 2019 link was circulated this afternoon by EI expert Jim Soper in anticipation of the Nevada caucuses next week; a new app is involved that includes a variety of ranked-choice voting, which is exciting. Early voters will caucus in absentia. If their first choice falls short of the 15 percent mark, other choices, up to four, enter the fray, to be gifted to other candidates supported on Caucus Day. Sounds good, but in in light of the Iowa fiasco, who knows? Stay tuned.
