Senate Report on CIA Interrogations Could Be Released Next Week

By "very early August", the world will have at its disposal a report prepared by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence investigating CIA detention and torture of suspects after 9/11. So says the White House. But with no official release date set as of yet, and the report quickly becoming a new battleground between the CIA and the Committee, it is possible that the release date will be held off for a long, long time.
