Victor Hugo Morales, the host of the show "Voices of Change" ("Voces de Cambio") in TeleSur in Spanish, explained even more in his yesterday (August 3, 2014) edition. One of the features explained in interviews with experts was how the vulture (hedge) funds work together with lobbies and qualifying agencies in ruining countries almost exclusively via lawsuits. "Standard & Poor's" and "Moody's" gave top ratings to Mexico in 1994 and to Argentina in 2000, right before the respective crises, so these guys could ruin the country and also place themselves in a better position regarding other investors. The show talked a bit more about the cases of the DR of Congo and Liberia just mentioned in this article. This article focuses on Argentina and includes two videos with interviews.
