More on those confusing McCain mailers, this time in Florida. The St. Peterburg Times says the mailers target senior Dems. Its not clear whether the mailers can be used to cage voters, but they can cause voters confusion and anxiety. The mailers are reported to be using bulk rate or non profit postage, so shouldn't be returnable. See what Florida Secretary of State Kurt Browning says, and read the end of the article:
