He has advocated for more than 25 years for human/economic bill of rights, monetary and economic justice, equality, prosperity, and compassion for the poor and the needy and with special interest on Government-Created-Debt-Free money Solution and the Distribution of Dividend/Supplementary Basic Income to Every Filipino Citizen without discrimination, and the provision of usury-free money to those who need it with long years of provincial-nationwide-based campaigns in the Philippines.

He only acquired education (2 year-course only) , a sub-professional course in the Philippines, attended also crashed courses, training and seminars at the provincial levels in the Philippines over the years for the service of his fellow men particularly the disadvantageous and the marginalized. He was supposed to be the future independent municipal/town candidate in 2016 representing the native and indigenous poverty-stricken villages and communities but backed off due to failures to face the rigors of financial requirements for local candidacy.
