WWII was nothing like that. Not even close. The casualties were five times higher and there was no shame.
Hitler was created, nourished and developed by the corporate world as a remedy against their Nemesis, the communism. In their desperate fear not of Stalin ( no matter what they say now) and not of Komintern but of their own people, the corporations sought an Antichrist and sold their soul to the beast. They deliberately sacrificed everything on his altar; they betrayed Jews, minorities, workers, trade- unions, democrats, intellectuals, countries, territories, nations and economies. They betrayed Jesus Christ himself, all for that final moment when the unprecedented Unholy Crusade of 4mln Germans and their allies attacked Russia on that fateful day of June 22, 1941. They thought they won that time. But they lost. On May 9 1945 Soviet Armies stormed Berlin. The commies won. How could they?
I wrote about this before. Soviet Union won the WWII because they. were the best people on Earth at the moment. No , they did not call it a Great War. They called it THE SACRED WAR, THE PEOPLE'S WAR, THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR. That's how I heard about it when I was a child.
Patriotic War. The first time Russians had such war was in 1812 when
Napoleon invaded. That war was just Patriotic- the people of Russia stood
for their country and then way of life but they were not threatened by
elimination.. Napoleon thought he was
fighting with the Tzar, not the people. Only Tolstoy in his book had outlined the main reason of Napoleon's defeat when he
stated that at the battle of Borodino
the French were for the first time
confronted by the "spiritually more powerful enemy'. The book was translated;
why nobody read it here? Or maybe they
just can't read? It is called War and Peace.
That's what happened in the WWII- Russian people not only stood for their country- they stood against the threat of elimination, for the very existence of their nation, their species if you wish. ALL 100 nations of the Soviet Union were Russians in that war; all religions were Russian Orthodox and all ideologies were Communism, no matter who, no matter where, no matter what the cost. And all those Russians who fought and died and those who survived- they all were the best people on Earth,. That was the battle of the good against evil, light against darkness, civilization against barbarism and the symbol of goodness was hammer- and -- sickle and the symbol of death was the spider- swastika. Eat your checkers, the bastards of all kinds, the SOBs- Russia won the GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR AND SAVED THE WORLD.
Time had passed and now we know that to keep the spirit of Victory is tougher than to win especially if there is a constant pressure from those who have a big stake in the desired outcome; a lot of people here in the West would prefer to describe the WWII as the "Great War', when all were ashamed and nobody was right. They would prefer it that way to hide their soul selling. They would pay a lot to those prostitutes on the current Russian TV, all for just some words' rearrangement. Oh yes, they would pay a lot because their loot was bigger, much bigger than anyone of us can even imagine and that loot is still theirs and blood on their hands is still there too. Time had passed, they think, who cares?
I care. I will care forever because I know the truth. That truth is mine, without it I cannot exist. My people won that war, my people were the best in the world; I am a part of them I will defend their honor because it is my honor too. So now, loud and clear I proclaim:
- To the eternal glory of the Russian Soldiers and people of Russia of all origins who saved the world in 1941-1945 from the Nazi barbarism and to the Shame of those who created that barbarism, benefited from it then and are benefiting from it now.
