Why no hope of future betterment?
Because the same dictatorial powers you now oppose in Bush will be continued under ‘whoever’ - if you vote for an establishment candidate.
Of far greater importance than the general election is the issue of who will be nominated by each political power party?
There is only one man with any appreciable grass-roots following and the requisite (though comparatively modest) financial support who breaks this mold, and that man is Ron Paul.
Cheney has said that, in the post-911 world, this country “will have to change from a nation of laws to a nation of men.” Any form of rule under which men (or women) are above the law ends up in unabashed tyranny.
Is that what you want?
Is hearing political rhetoric that chimes with your own personal ideology more important to you than having the freedom to try and change what you consider wrong and unjust?
If you vote for pleasing rhetoric, you will lose whatever right to try and change things you may still have left.
If you vote for truth, justice, and limited government, you will still have a chance.
For the sake of everything that is dear to you as well as any other freedom-loving American, whether liberal or conservative, please, I beg you - choose wisely!
