Farmer Harry Young: Open Letter to Congress

I know that the tobacco buy out endorsed by Mr. McConnell has hurt the small and middle class farmers. Here in Daviess County, there is more tobacco being raised now than ever bfore. At least 25-300 acrees per wealthy farmer. What will the middle class farmer and small farmer do when the buyout money is gone?
