There's no doubt that Hakam Al-Baba represents the true (and ugly) face of what's called the Syrian revolution: a vicious, foreign-funded insurgency aimed at not only violently overthrowing the Syrian government at the behest and for the benefit of the imperial West and the sheikhdoms of the GCC club, but altering the rich cultural, historical and social landscape of the Levantine country into a bleak wasteland of lawlessness, intolerance, sectarian ruin and Wahhabi mob-rule.
