Name one short story that inspired you to write short stories yourself?
No short stories inspired me to write anything, but I do remember being impressed by Poe's "A Cask of Amontillado." I loved the line Nemo me impune lacessit which translated loosely means "If you f*ck with me, I'll double-f*ck you back."
