So. "Betterness" is the condition that results from the Better Moral Choice. What We The People, as Majority, mean as "Betterness" and "Better", when We are trying to improve, or increase the Evolution of our Kind, is the Moral Choices that are conducive to this.
This might be Our National Guidance Standard for the Morally Qualitative words, "Better" and "Betterness".
The time will come, when We are trying to make something Better for Our Nation and Us, that We will ask what We actually mean by "Better". This specific standard will provide the answer, or, at least part of the answer.
As to this specific standard fitting the pattern of the "Standard of Standards", I would say yes, somewhat. Because the inclusion of Morality will help provide the Wise Limitations at the ends. And the depths and heights will be based on the Intelligence and True Morality of the Majority Participation Embracement of this standard's principles.
