Dr. Sara Jumping Eagle of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation speaks eloquently of the reasons behind the protest of the North Dakota Access Pipeline. KOLC-TV did the filming. Jumping Eagle lives with her family on the reservation and is a graduate of Stanford University.
