I am back. I took a short hiatus to absorb the news that the FBI closed it's case against Dr. Ivins (let's face it. Ivins is dead, so it is really his remaining family that is being persecuted by decision. Yes, I mean persecuted.).
I am preparing an Open Letter to the offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the ACLU in which I intend to declare my decision to file a federal lawsuit on behalf of the American Public against the FBI for misappropriation of public funds, well over $30 million dollars worth, for the failed investigation of the anthrax attacks.
It is my contention that the FBI has failed to produce what they have been tasked to produce; the perpetrator of the anthrax attacks. That means we are still at risk from the real "terrorist" who had access to the Fort Detrick biological weapons and who has proven that he has the determination to use them.
The investigation the FBI conducted is suspect, at best; and criminal at worst. It is obvious that their sole intention was to create a "fall guy" for the attacks. That is not the purpose of the FBI. It is in fact, in stark opposition to what the agency was chartered to do; to protect the American People by conducting investigations leading to the arrest and rightful prosecution of active criminal enterprises operating within this nation.
In fact, by definition, what the FBI has done with this investigation, considering that it involves "terrorist" criminal actions taken against civilians where deaths have occurred, this activity conducted by the FBI may rise to the level of treason.
Working Hypothesis:
(Someone sent those letters. Those letters contained anthrax that was from our own biological weapons facility. The FBI fabricated evidence to suggest a suspect. They closed the investigation, though MANY sources have shown that the evidence they produced is lacking. The FBI did NOT find the REAL perpetrator of this act on terrorism. Therefore; whoever sent the anthrax is still at large and he must have access to even more biological weapons. The FBI's investigation clearly shows that their intention was only to produce a "closed case" and not, the real "terrorists." They did this with malice of forethought. It was clearly a conscious decision on their part so therefore the American Everyman can only conclude that the FBI is in fact, protecting the "terrorist" that sent the anthrax and in so doing leaving them free attack to the civilian population again. That is treason.)
It is my understanding that in a civil case such as this one, since the "terrorist" that they have declare responsible for these attacks is dead, then there is nothing to prevent full disclosure of all relevant material collected by the FBI, including all emails, all inter-agency communications, all personal notes, all interview recordings--everything must be provided to the courts as documentation showing how they proceeded with this case and how they mistakenly concluded Dr. Ivins committed these crimes.
Since they have declared Dr. Ivins as the sole criminal in this investigation, and he is gone and no longer a threat, then the FBI cannot hide behind "national security" reasons for not producing a full accounting of their investigation.
In fact, quite the opposite is true; since I will be arguing that they framed the wrong man for this, and the real "terrorist" is still at large, in the interests of national security, they MUST produce all records pertaining to the Dr. Ivins investigation.

Anyone willing to be be a co-signer in this action, please also make note of this on the comments below. My life is a mess, and it will be easy enough for an agency like the FBI to remove me from the process. Gaging from their past behavior, in this case and others, that is to be expected.
However, with as many other respectable co-plaintiffs (that's not the right word, I know) signed on as possible, this action will eventually see the inside of a courtroom and the FBI will be forced to provide full disclosure of their "investigation."
This action is ultimately about finding the real "terrorists" that attacked the civilian population in late 2001. It is about getting on record the fact that the vast majority of the American people know that we have been lied to by OUR FBI and that we will NOT accept this kind of behavior any longer.
