We have all been duped by the IRS and our Congress. For nearly 95 years, the income tax has morphed into a perverted creature completely different than what was intended by Congress OR the American people at the time, and certainly isn't supported by most American's today.

Ask anyone what "income" is and you hear back such things as "my pay," or "wages from working," or similar statements, but this is NOT what "income," legally, is. How can this be? What else could "income" be except "all that comes in?" Keep in mind that the government loves to use words that can confuse us, and loves even more to redefine words in their convoluted and obfuscating laws to mean things most would never imagine.

We could go into words such as "person," "individual," "U.S. Person," "United States," "includes," and many other words which the IRS in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) has perverted and twisted with deceptions to mean other than what most people would believe they mean in real life, and these distortions mislead everyone. Today, we will discuss one simple term... "income."

The word "income" is nowhere defined in the IRC. It is a legal term but it has an illegally applied definition by the IRS and blindly believed and accepted by the American public. The only place "income" is defined is in case law and Congressional testimony, and it is THIS definition alone which stands in law. Believe it or not, "income" is NOT "wages, salaries or compensation for labor or services."

Originally, the "income" tax was meant to tap the unearned wealth of America. People's wages for working were never meant to be directly or indirectly taxed as they are today. The tax was to fall on that part of a person's accumulated "wages, salaries and compensation" (accumulated wealth) which was used to produced MORE money, called... INCOME.

In other words, income is what is derived FROM, say, wages put into investments, a savings or checking account, a trust fund, a rental property, "from whatever source derived." The "income" produced by... derived FROM... whatever sources... what is truly called "profit," (after expenses) could be taxable (but it must be a Constitutional tax, i.e. direct , by apportionment according to census, or indirect, through uniformity across the country, PERIOD). The principle or source of "income" is NEVER attacked or diminished. Your "wage," or money you make for working, is not legal "income."

If you take some of these wages, and then apply them toward an account, or toward buying rental property, etc., and THAT account or property produces money for you, THAT (after expenses) is "income." But what do we see today? We see the government suggesting that all you receive for your labor is "profit," or "income." The government is essentially saying that your labor is worth NOTHING, and all that you receive for your labor is "profit" or "gain" and is taxable to varying degrees. This is a horrible lie and one that the IRS and government NEVER want you to realize, especially when the law and Constitution is on your side.

There's more. Your wages are an equal exchange for your labor. One to one. There is no "gain or profit" because you are agreeing to exchange your labor (which is your property) for a certain price. What you bring in as "wages, salaries and compensation" has "no material difference" from your labor or effort. Your labor is an asset which you are exchanging for money. It is NOT remotely all "profit" or "gain" to you any more than everything a business takes in before expenses is all "profit." Consider... any company, or individual who owns their own business, has expenses for employees, supplies, and many other costs in order to even exist and be able to produce. Are those expenses they pay out on all these things, their "profit?" Of course not. It takes money to make money. They are able to deduct these existence expenses from the money they bring in. After all these items are paid for, the remainder of the money taken in is "income."

Does it cost you as an individual employee anything to be able to work? What essentials of life do you need and use in order to be prepared and able to work and obtain money? How about food? Shelter? Clothing? Transportation? Rest and recreation? Insurance? Can you think of any more necessities you need to exist and be able to work? Does any of that cost you anything to acquire? Of course, YES, but the IRS says "none of that matters to us and your labor 'costs' cannot be used as a debt to offset your wages, salaries or compensation." Is it fair or just for companies to be able to deduct expenses to make it possible for them to produce something and make a profit, and individuals with the same expenses cannot do this? That is a big red flag on the whole scam.

This makes you nothing more than a slave, and held hostage from your ability to gain wealth, and actually continually reduces your wealth and standard of living. Taxing your wages is the means by which the government keeps you poor, stealing your "principle," thereby weakening your ability to EVER get ahead... keeping you in bondage to them.... dependent on them... just like they like it.

Imagine the government taxing all businesses as they do individuals. Businesses would be up in arms... and would not even exist because they would be put out of business quite quickly because of taxing what is NOT "gain or profit." If it costs someone $1000 a month to be able to remain viable... be able to work, or be able to pay for expenses and produce a product or service, then the amount of money taken in to cover those expenses is NOT "profit," "gain" or "income."

In a true, fair taxation system, the one our Founding Fathers envisioned and designed, taxation would NOT attack your principle... your ability to gain wealth and "income." Like a rental property which you may receive "income" from, taxing that income (after all expenses, wages, maintenance and upkeep costs, supplies, etc.), otherwise known as your "profit," does NOT remove any of the "principle." It does NOT remove, say, a few doors, a roof, some electrical wiring... It remains intact to continue producing MORE "income." Individuals are taxed by the government on their principle... and literally have their livelihoods reduced to where many cannot even make it month to month. This is insanity, and an evil agenda against Americans.

By taxing your wages, salaries and compensation, they effectively remove "principle" (your ability to create more income), diminish your wealth potential, prevent you from gaining more wealth. It is an ingenious, diabolical, perverted, greedy plan which has stolen trillions of dollars from most Americans, under the color of law, and it has worked for them for nearly a century, in this form at least.

THAT is one major reason how and why government has grown to be a grossly, unconstitutionally-expensive beast, along with the Federal Reserve, consuming the wealth of this country and people out of greed and corruption and in violation of law. See how this deception works? You should be upset beyond words by now.

Need proof from the courts, or from Congressional testimony, or from the Internal Revenue Code itself? Simply research this pdf document... http://thematrixhasyou.org/PDF/what-is-income.pdf, and if you want to challenge the IRS, or your accountant or tax advisor, to answer this simple question on "what is income," you can do so by using something similar to what I recently sent for clarification and rebuttal by them... click here

If they do not answer, begin to question all the other issues they can't answer as well, and are violating the Constitution and laws on, such as, where in the IR Code does it make you personally liable for income taxes? Is the IR Code "positive" law? What type of taxation is income taxation - direct or indirect? The legality of the "bootleg" 1040 form. How you do NOT have to have taxes withheld by your employer and can stop your employer from deducting these, and more. For much more detail on various IRS illegalities, and how you can challenge these through freedom of information requests (FOIA) and filing these documents to be added to your Individual Master File (IMF) showing your challenges, visit http://thematrixhasyou.org/no-tax.html and get involved. Stop paying or filing until you get answers, which is your right. The IRS is on the run right now because many people are challenging these things. Do your research... and get the truth, and then act on it. You'll be amazed at how powerful the laws and Constitution are, but we have to EXERCISE them for it to work for us, or we will continue to be abused and have our wealth stolen from us.
