Hey Sheila Jackson Lee, get off your cell phone!

Thank you.

I want to tell you that I am beginning to think that the Left is Right about government health care.

Look at the facts...

By treaty, members of many Native American Indian tribes already recieve 100% government owned and 100% government controlled federal health care. 100% federal government health care already exists.

- Yes, it is true that after about June of each year, government clinic money and supplies sometimes run out so that one-time-use medical supplies have to be saved and re-used, but that is OK because all supplies are paid for by tax-payers.

- Yes, it is true that a 2004 report by the US COMMISSION ON CIVIL RIGHTS chaired by Mary Frances Berry found that 22 out of every 100 dentist positions, and up to 23 out of every 100 medical doctor positions, remained vacant for one year or more at federal medical clinics serving American Indian tribes, but that is OK because a big federal office in Washington DC is in charge of locating new doctors.

- Yes, it is true that every important measure, without exception, such as Waiting Time for Treatment, Early Detection Statistics, Survival Rates, for specific medical problems are worse with the federal government health care system serving American Indian tribes than the statistics recorded for private health care providers serving the general public, but that is OK because the federal government pays for the funerals of all Native Americans who die from medical errors.

- Yes, it is true that only 3% of Native Americans using the federal government health care system serving American Indian tribes believe that the quality of care they receive is equal to the quality of care received by Americans who obtain health care from private health care providers, but that is OK because government experts have complete control over the health care Native Americans are receiving.

The Veterans Health Administration Service giving 100% government run long term care to returning wounded soldiers... oooh, horror story after horror story, its 52 page end-of-life counceling document on its web site, and record suicide rates for maimed and disfigured soldiers... now that is one ugly, nasty mess. Let's skip this one.

Now let's turn to state run government health care systems.

The first state to create a universal health care program was Hawaii. Let's take a close look at this program -- oh no, nevermind -- the program went bankrupt and closed down last year.

OK, let's speak to a Massachusetts resident about its universal health care program:

"Sir, can I ask you about Massachusetts' universal health care program?"

"What a mess. They just raised our sales tax by 25%, and the government still need more money, the idiots! And don't ask me the new waiting times to see a doctor!"

"Sorry sir. How about you, miss?"
