America's real criminals sit in robes directing a show that leaves dead bodies in the wake. They deliver to violent men the rights of female bondage slaves after those men have violated other women in their lives.

If you are a woman living in Orange County or Santa Rosa, California consider moving.   Moving may be too slow. Jump into the nearest vehicle and speed away from those kangaroo counties. Judges in Orange and Santa Rosa's Sonoma counties do not follow the law. Abuse of discretion is rampant. There are no attorneys there to defend the rights of women. The few willing to give a little help to women in those the counties refuse to file appeals for women to remedy the abuses. This may not matter. California appellate courts are reluctant to overrule abuses.   Judges believe their right to abuse their discretion overrides the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of California, the Violence Against Women Act and all other laws designed to protect women. They give violent men given full control over bystanders and children who don't want those violent men in their lives. The old and new victims have no say.

In places like Orange County, courts can and do authorize men to forcibly live with women they are not related to. These women may not even be part of any case involving these men. The men don't need a property document. Judges assigned to cases of their relatives or friends will give men the rights to the property of bystanders. The police will not touch the man if he tortures a woman bystander whose house he has been authorized to occupy. Relatives and friends have to get the unwanted guest's permission to visit these new victims. If the police are called to rescue an abused woman from her own home in Orange County they will leave the house with the perpetrator. The new victim then has to get a restraining order to get out the man she didn't want there in the first place. In Santa Rosa you can get custody of the children of your rape victims and ban your victim from seeing her children or the body of her child after the kid fingers you in your crimes.

Safer in Riverside? Not likely. There judges also give custody of children to abusers.   Judges in Riverside feel that living with an abuser is better for a kid than living in a shelter. Fewer annoying yapping kids in the county when the abusers are finished.

Think it is better elsewhere? Now much. You ladies have fallen a long way since 1919. As a man I don't understand why women leaders who have come into power aren't helping those below. It doesn't make sense that Kamala Harris's state has the worst record of injustices against women. Dianne Feinstein could prove she is the better candidate by coming to the aid of her opponent who happens to be Charlotte's mother.   Didn't do that? Guess Dianne isn't the better candidate.

Esther and Charlotte may soon get company. What a comforting thought. Esther's daughter and granddaughter are still in danger of dying. All their rights have been stripped by a family law judge in a divorce case who permitted a violent man to cut his wife's health insurance as she lay in serious condition in the intensive care unit at Mission Hospital, a result of his abuse of her. The daughter is undergoing health problems, caused by the abuse of the same villain and his son. The men's abuse of the child has resulted in conditions that have been compounded by the theft of funds that would otherwise be used to pay for treatment of the conditions caused by those men. It seems the victims' money was embezzled from accounts that were not the property of the thief. His Internet skills for which an international computer company pays him big bucks came in handy in taking money that wasn't his.

Charlotte's mother is in danger. She has been raped and humiliated. Now she has been unable to find justice for her daughter. It appears that the courts in Santa Rosa either pushed Charlotte into suicide or maybe she was killed because she fingered her father in his alleged crimes. No rape goes unrewarded. Just because a man rapes a woman is no reason not to force her unwilling daughter to live with him. The daughter said she witnessed the rape. She had the courage to come forward. Big mistake. R.I.P. It is apparently the duty of the Santa Rosa courts to place children in the most dangerous situation possible. It cuts down on the number of yapping children in the county. Have you heard anything about the Santa Rosa judge showing any remorse after the girl's death?   How long can you hold your breath? The court allowed the father to destroy the evidence after the girl died. The mother has been fighting to attend the funeral. That's justice in Santa Rosa.
