Ok, here's whats up with the Ron Paul People:
Ron Paul of the republican party,
Cynthia McKinney of the Green Party,
Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party,
Ralph Nader, and
Bob Barr of the libertarian party
Agreed on Four basic and very important things yesterday:
1: Foreign Policy:
End the iraq war NOW
Stop imperialism and nation building-that means the US
2: Privacy and the Constitution:
Repeal patriot act and FISA
Repeal the Military commisions act
End spying on US citizens
3: Stop torture
4: Do away with the Federal Reserve
Settle the national debt
For me, The first two issues outweigh ANYTHING the two main candidates have addressed at any length. Myself and an estimated one million people across the United States (based on 1,160,403 total Paul voters in the primaries), are going to vote for one of the above -UNLESS- McCain or Obama can address and prioritize the above issues to our satisfaction. Yes, that means I'd vote for McCain if he took the same position as the above four candidates do. (C'mon old dude, you've got nothing to lose).
I haven't done enough research yet to say which of the four I'm going to choose, and my pick is likely to be different from that of many other Paul supporters. If Washington and other States stick with the top two primary rules for the presidency or my choice doesn't make it on the ballot, we'll write them in.
So here is an opportunity for the two main candidates: Reprioritize and address returning to and following the Constitution, return our civil rights and abolish ALL unconstitutional rulings, acts, amendments-This means if you're not sure, they're gone. Bring the military back home, and take steps to return to sound money as dictated by the constitution. I know this will take TIME, but you can outline a PLAN.
Barack, Joe; John, Sarah: you have over a million votes waiting for you, and all you have to do is the right thing.
Spread the word.
