The nine Ohannesian paintings below are acrylics on canvas or panels, and they can be found at the artist's website by clicking here.

The paintings are all in the contemporary genre of cartoons, updated wildly from the art of R. Crumb, which some of you older viewers may cherish memories of. They are ironic in the extreme, so consider yourself warned.

John named each of the following four paintoons (paintings of cartoons) "Art" which is the name of the cartoon character depicted in each. In the interest of identifying them separately, I have given names to each of the four.
