Now I am only a bird, who learned how to think and read these past few years, but your elite politicians in both political parties actually ignore your country's history and they actually think they are smarter than George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and the rest of your founding fathers.   Can you imagine George Bush 43 with his chronic national deficits and debt soaring claiming he is a conservative rather than a reckless spender and warmonger or even the complicit Barack Obama discussing your Constitution with the leaders who created your country?

Your modern presidents and members in Congress need powerful lobbying groups to lead them with talking points.    Can you imagine George Washington using talking points from lobbyists?   Yes, I hear the criticism of George Washington, he made money in whiskey and promoted his interests or he had slaves.   My, the man was born into such a society, what was he to do relinquish an entire way of life by himself? By endorsing and contributing to the Constitution wasn't he and his colleagues insuring freedom for all Americans in the future?   Who has as much vision today?   Members of the Republican and Democratic Party in elective office or their lavishly retired colleagues?

There is afoot in your country that the notion of Occupy Wall Street and Occupy America is still legal.   There is a notion afoot that the First Amendment to the United States Constitution is still alive, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."   But there are now legal conditions on your First Amendment, as in most things.

With the Occupy America movement your political duopoly of Democrats and Republicans is fervently using its powers to limit through arbitrary means the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.   It is clear in your role as supreme hominid power is so dear, money is so dear, influence is so dear that your police forces have become not only militarized but are now flagrantly being used for political purposes to dampen, disperse and in the end obliterate the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of the people to peaceably assemble.   Flying around the country visiting various libraries it is plain that political authorities are intolerant to anyone challenging them.

Your political duopoly has given your nation universal and limitless wars that cost as much or more than universal national health care, which your country does not have because your politicians say it costs too much.

The Occupy America movement is showing the fear of dissent by both local and the federal government.   Veterans sent by Congress and President George Bush to liberate far off countries in the Middle East concocted vast Patriot Laws to diminish the rights of the people, now arrest those same veterans for peaceably assembling for redress of grievances.   It is your apparent legal hypocrisy as well as a failure of applying the Constitution of the United States by the ruling political elites who are curtailing freedom in the name of preserving it by passing laws that inflict harm on the people economically, by starting optional wars and passing tax laws that favor a few at the expense of the nation's citizenry.    Any blue jay worth his squawking knows optional wars are a loser, but you hominids elected that whole crop more than once.
