"Frustrated" comes to mind as I begin to breakdown the catastrophe of having to deal (as a Democrat) with the never-ending scandal of Hillary Clinton's use of private emails transferred through a private server. Not surprisingly, Hillary Clinton, her campaign staffers and liberal pundits have stressed this "scandal" is a concocted GOP story. A story that seems to beam with more light of truth with each passing day; such as, the revelation that indeed Clinton had received "classified material" to her private email account.

It was in March when The New York Times reported when Clinton was Secretary of State she used her private email account to conduct government business. Republicans, rightly, expressed her actions may have violated the president's executive order "Classified National Security Information" in 2009 and the "Structural Reforms to Improve the Security of Classified Networks and the Responsible Sharing and Safeguarding of Classified Information" in 2011 which forbid transmitting classified information outside the parameters of controlled networks managed and monitored by the government.

The reason for the order was to protect our intelligence and national security from infidels and their hackers. In fact, Clinton instructed her staff to follow these protocols, agreeing with the administration the importance of protecting our interests -- yet it was Clinton who determined she could excuse herself from the same "contract of accountability."

THAT IS STRIKE 1: Clinton believes she is above the rules based on her pedigree

A week after, in a press conference, Clinton admitted that indeed she has used a private email account and transferred information through a private server. Admitting she did so out of "convenience" but had concluded, "It would have been better" for her to use separate emails account " one for business and one for her personal affairs. After admitting her misjudgment, she inferred no law was actually in place. Never mind that annoying Executive Order 13526 and Executive Order 13587 set in place while she was Secretary of State.

THAT IS STRIKE 2: Lack of accountability

Soon after the press conference, Clinton provided the State Department with 55,000 emails but not the private server. With absolute certainty, she stated she received no "classified material." I guess we are to assume that in no point in time did she discuss information regarding Benghazi, Boko Haram, Putin, nor the shenanigans of Kim Jong-un in her private email " claiming all classified information had been discussed in person or through other channels.

To the frustration of her campaign and the DNC questions lingered on leading Clinton to relent. In June, she provided the State Department with her private server for review. The review revealed several emails should have been marked classified. To this, she said, "What I think you're seeing here is a very typical kind of discussion, to some extent disagreement, among various parts of the government over what should or should not be publicly released."

Then, last Tuesday the State Department announced she had indeed received two emails that were marked "classified material." The review is still under investigation. This means there's still a plausibility of marked "classified material," being revealed -- which would further negate reverence of truth from the Clinton campaign.

In addition to the latest predicament, Quinnipiac poll revealed people perceive Clinton as a liar, dishonest, and not trustworthy. To make matters worse, the once inevitable presidential contender is now feeling the burn of Socialist and presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Even Vice President Biden is building steam and he is not even in the race (yet!).

So, what happened to the inevitability that Hillary Clinton would be the next President of The United States of America?

ENTER STRIKE 3: Egotism and never having to face the consequence of bad behaviors

This fault of egotism lies on her husband and former president Bill Clinton. Bill managed to escape the consequences of multiple sexual harassment charges. Although Bill Clinton was impeached for lying about having an affair with his intern Monica Lewinsky -- the reality to that situation is -- the public spent more time discussing what constituted oral sex than lack of moral character.

The Clinton's have escaped many controversies, whether justified or unjustified (i.e. Whitewater). Tellingly, they have escaped types of controversies Nixon could only dream about getting away with.

Between the State Department investigation of her emails, the Benghazi investigations, and a decline in the polls, it seems that finally Clinton is coming to terms with embracing the reality of accountability. Thus, the "My Email" letter, an apology to the voters. Certainly it is a start, but in the end, only time will tell if voters are willing to forgive (yet again) another Clinton.
