Boston Marathon Bombing by Vjeran Pavic
On the basis of the information provided the following seems to be logical:
1. Firing on the spot of the higher Boston officials:Mayor, Police Commissioner, City Engineer. Emergency elections to be announced with the deadline in one month and appointments following.
2. If there was a person responsible officially for the Order and Security at Marathon and if there was a Standard Procedure of the one- that person is to be fired for negligence and the instruction- to be put in front of the stern revision. If there was neither a person nor an instruction- a new position is to be announced with the Town Council to be a hiring body and the bid is to be ONLY among the former cops with the beat experience. That new person is to be designated to develop and present the instruction to the Town Council right away.
4. The primary plausible version is to me that the event was an initiation crime by the rookie gang members. The police should concentrate on the gangs; which gang controlled those places where the event took place.
5.The police task force on the event must be small- no more than 10 people but ALL resources are to be in their disposal. MSM should be totally excluded and no information should be leaked before the case is directed to DA.
6. Boston Marathon should be cancelled for Y2014. until the review of the new order instruction developed and presented by the new person appointed is conducted by the Town Council, new Mayor, Police Commissioner and City Engineer.
7. The route of the New Boston Marathon should be redefined to avoid the crowded bottlenecks.
The above of course could be added to, discussed and maybe even reevaluated. But it all seems logical to do.
