I think racism, sexism and homophobia should be an impeachable offense. I think at the very least someone needs to explain, how can a bigot uphold their oath of office when they or not culturally or emotionally capable of representing all Americans.

People like congressmen Steve Scalise, Jeffery Beauregard Sessions, Louie Gohmert, Tom Cotton and Richard Shelby are white Supremacist. They see Blacks and other people of color as subservient life forms. How can we move forward in the 21st century with such a low standard of legislative representation? You have several members of congress that are racist. They may serve the fears and frustrations of their white constituencies but they only serve as terrorist to their Black and Brown constituents in their home states and gerrymandered districts.

The same thing can be said about the US Supreme Court. You have a Chief Justice, John Roberts and Associate Justices Samuel Alito and Antonin Scalia who have a knowable history of racism. The US Senate has a history of confirming justices that have contempt for black life.

When William Rehnquist was confirmed the Senate knew he had dedicated the greater portion of his judicial life preventing Blacks from voting, yet the Senate thought he had the judicial temperament to be associate and Chief Justice. When William Rehnquist was a clerk for Justice Robert Jackson who wanted the court to rule against the plaintiffs in the Brown vs Board of Education of Topeka, Rehnquist sent a memo to his boss saying "It is about time the Court faced the fact that white people in the South don't like the colored people."

Before the conformation of Roberts, lawyers from the Bush White House and lawyers from the justice department stole documents from the National Archives that would have exposed Roberts for the die-hard racist he is.

There are several members of congress and members of the judicial State and Federal courts in this country that show open contempt for Black, Brown and poor people. America's legacy will ultimately be written by the victims of centuries of this nation's true creed and cruelties
