A new tell-all book by Rielle Hunter, John Edwards mistress and the mother of his out-of-wedlock child, reports that Edwards had several affairs before Hunter. More, Edwards lied to Hunter, claiming he was jetting around the country having affairs with three other women. Why lie? He later explained to Hunter that he told her the story so she wouldn't become attached.
Hunter's book also claims John Edwards wife Elizabeth was "crazy" and drove John into the arms of other women, according to an ABC article, which further described,
Hunter depicts Elizabeth Edwards as woman routinely angry at Edwards, who constantly "barks" demands at her husband, summarily fires staffers and vigilantly works to maintain a public persona as a "saint," when Hunter implies she is a "witch on wheels."
The book, "What Really Happened," will be released in stores on June 26. ABC has an exclusive interview with Hunter scheduled to be broadcast June 22nd.
