By Kevin Stoda: Dark-Horse Candidate for USA Supreme Court Judge Appointment Now
Based on the fact that a man who has never been elected to a government office has just won the Presidency of the the United States, it is time that an outsider, like me, be nominated for the Supreme Court. I hope Donald Trump takes my thoughts into account, especially as I stand for the fair and just voices in the Evangelical Movement in America
I, like Trump, have been involved in politics over the recent decade and have thrown my hat into the ring as possible candidate at times prior to this election; i.e., stating that if anyone has interest in collecting the signatures, I will feel called and run.
Unlike Trump, I have spent most of my life focusing on justice. My entire life, I have been promoting social justice in economy, society, education, in health care, human rights, and in politics.
As supreme court justice, I would hear the opinions and questions of my colleagues in-and-out of the courtroom. I would look at the facts and consider the precedents found for me by the SCOTUS assistants assigned to me. I would also follow the moral compass I have been raised in. Finally, I would ask to hear as many friends of the court whose voice is pertinent to the cases.
I promise to give calm and sage decisions.
I believe that the USA Supreme Court needs an outsider who is not vested in the system as it currently is functioning. However, I will always seek out the best comprehension or understanding of the precedents in the history of the courts and reflect upon what the Constitution, God, Climate Justice, and Natural Laws claim to be correct and proper in terms of justice and fairness for all.
