MOJO and Amnesty International: Two cases of acquiescence?

Have MOJO and Amnesty International acquiesced to the military/industrial/political triumvirate? You be the judge after reading this brief exchange between those two organizations and this writer.

I received on March 14, 2013, from Mother Jones an e-mail message, subject "Death by Drone," and explaining that "The following sponsored message from Amnesty International USA has been sent to you via Mother Jones."

I was asked by both MOJO and the sponsor to "Urge the US government to follow the 'rule book' on lethal force that already exists: international human-rights law and, in the exceptional circumstances where it applies, international humanitarian law as well."

I replied tersely with two sentences. I will not tell you what they were. You should have the opportunity just as I did for a spontaneous reaction.
