Those in Fargo, in Minnesota and other areas that are being devastated by these flood waters are the true example of the can-do-spirit we have come to know as being Americans.  They know what it is like rolling up one’s sleeve in bitter temperatures to help save something as others on Wall Street and in Washington did just the opposite.
