He isn't a journalist or a reporter he's a vile punk, an opportunist, his goal isn't to report the news but to create the news. He hurts people, he breaks things, for money. He tells lies and knows they are lies when he says them. Already he's crying that the left is picking on him by complaining to ABC. Listen up Breitbart, you worthless punk. I'll complain to anyone I damn well feel like complaining to and if that bothers you, then you just slither back under that rock you crawled out from under you putrid, festering, maggot encrusted, worthless meat sack.
Let us not forget that the goal of the entire ACORN affair was to gain publicity for himself and to have the organization defunded. He and his political obergruppenfà ¼hrer's succeeded in doing that. One more organization that assisted the poor that had their doors closed. Did ACORN do anything wrong? The courts said "no" did Andrew Breibart do anything right? Again the answer is "no".
It wasn't until after the NAACP voiced concern about possible racism that was emanating from the Tea Party that Breitbart went on the attack. He then aired the heavily edited tape of Secretary of Agriculture Shirley Sherrod's address to the NAACP. Did he care that Shirley Sherrod hadn't ever done anything to wrong him, much less ever done anything wrong at all? Did it bother him in the slightest to slander an innocent woman? A woman whose actual speech said the opposite of the way that Breitbart portrayed it?
This is Breitbart's thinking, this is his methodology. Just so he gets what he wants then nothing else matters. The truth be damned, integrity go to hell because Breitbart wants his tank ditch. This is exactly how the National Socialist's came to power by demonizing the innocent as guilty. By brow beating those who complain, while claiming the robe of victimhood for themselves, a politics of bluster, sham and bullsh*t.
Will Rogers said, "I never met a man I didn't like." Groucho Marx said, "I never met a man I didn't like, but in your case I'll make an exception!" In Breitbart's case I vote with Groucho. This vile bottom feeder has no legitimate worthy purpose in life other than as a mobile blood bank or perhaps as an organ donor. He is a brown stain on the jockey shorts of American politics, but let me tell you who I'm really mad at.
Major television networks make decisions to spend tens of millions of dollars every day. They don't do these things in a hodgepodge or careless fashion, every employee on the executive floor lives with the understanding that they are one mistake away from out the door. Accordingly, they hold staff meetings and conferences about whether a starlet should get her hair cut. They worry that the audience might lose interest her. They care about what color tie the anchorman wears on the six o'clock news or if he is too old or too ugly.
We are talking about ABC/Disney that wholesome family network that promotes teen girl singers in provocative outfits and teen boy bands that advocate purity rings in tight pants. They are capitalizing on awakening sexual appetites to make money. To sell your kids a bunch of crap just to make money. They don't care if the product isn't any good just so long as it makes them money.
They hired Andrew Breitbart because they think that they can make money by hiring Andrew Breitbart. They held staff meetings and triangulated the pros and cons and came to the conclusion that the truth be damned and integrity go to hell. They assume that by hiring this brown stain they can siphon off viewers from Fox news. Maybe he will generate some heat and maybe you won't notice if they sell you sh*t and call it shinola. This is the same network, after all, that hired Rush Limbuagh to provide commentary on Monday night football.
How many Fox News type organisations are you willing to tolerate before you turn them off? When will you realize that they need you far more than you need them? They make their money by selling you crap! These were the same networks that aired commercials around the clock telling you that now was the time to refinance your home. Selling reverse mortgages to seniors and endless pharmaceutical advertisements and of course let's not forget the oil companies.
Years ago the oil companies used to advertise on TV to tell you why their gasoline was better than their competitors. Today they just want you to know how much that they care about the environment. TV is the corporate conduit into your brain and they are ready to fill you up with this bullshit to the tippy top if you'll let them.
Banks and credit cards companies extolling their virtues of how wonderful life is with Visa or Discover. American Express is helping entrepreneurs to rebuild the economy at twenty six percent interest. Then the very next commercial spot asks, "Are you saddled with credit card debt?"
We wonder how our country ever became so screwed up? Well, just watch TV and you'll get your answer. Rachel Carson's "Silent Spring" was aired as a white paper on TV and Americans paid attention. "Twelve Angry Men" was first aired on Playhouse 90 in 1954. Programming that made you think, today it is programming to make sure that you don't think.
Much talk has been given to the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling opening the flood gates of corporate money. The chickens run panicked shouting, "What do we do? The sky is falling!" The original court case involved a TV program aired about Hillary Clinton but if you don't watch they can't reach you! You're always one button away from safety.
