Here below, are the very terse, concise, precise, unequivocal, brief to the point, clear and easy to understand Nuremberg Principles of International Law, mostly written by Americans, signed on to by all nations and first used to hang a number of Nazi leaders of a Germany, that invaded only some twenty nations - US since has invaded perhaps more than as twice that number.[1] (Few Americans are interested in this comparison)
Principle I
Any person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefor and liable to punishment.
Principle II
The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility under international law.
Principle III
The fact that a person who committed an act which constitutes a crime under international law acted as Head of State or responsible Government official does not relieve him from responsibility under international law.
Principle IV
The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.
Principle V
Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law.
Principle VI
The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:
(a) Crimes against peace: (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War crimes:
Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation to slave-labour or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory, murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war, of persons on the seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity:
Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhuman acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection
with any crime against peace or any war crime.
Principle VII
Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against
humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law.
(Your author's mentor and dear friend, Former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark has stated that by Article Six of the US Constitution, the Nuremberg Principles of International Law are an integral part of the law of the land.)
Later in the week, the monolithic wars justifying US media, for decades force fed and controlled by the CIA,[2] brought out information that seemed to indicate Donald Trump's unwillingness to participate in a previous US genocidal crime against humanity to prevent Vietnam from having the communist government it has today and has had since Americans got tired of killing and being killed in what was French Indochina colonies before World War Two.
Do readers recall what America's beloved heroic champion Muhammad Ali said about his refusal to be drafted during the US war in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia?
"Why should they ask me to put on a uniform and go 10,000 miles from home and drop bombs and bullets on Brown people in Vietnam while so-called Negro people in Louisville are treated like dogs and denied simple human rights? No I'm not going 10,000 miles from home to help murder and burn another poor nation simply to continue the domination of white slave masters of the darker people the world over. This is the day when such evils must come to an end. I have been warned that to take such a stand would cost me millions of dollars. But I have said it once and I will say it again. The real enemy of my people is here. I will not disgrace my religion, my people or myself by becoming a tool to enslave those who are fighting for their own justice, freedom and equality. If I thought the war was going to bring freedom and equality to 22 million of my people they wouldn't have to draft me, I'd join tomorrow. I have nothing to lose by standing up for my beliefs. So I'll go to jail, so what? We've been in jail for 400 years."
US criminal media, having promoted and still justifying what Rev. Dr. King called "atrocity wars and covert violence on three continents since 1945,"[3] now fields questions, being asked in recent days by prominent columnists, both liberal and conservative, about the Republican presidential nominee mental health. "Yes, Donald Trump is crazy," Steven Hayes added last week in the conservative Weekly Standard. David Brooks wrote in the New York Times on July 29. "He is a morally untethered, spiritually vacuous man who appears haunted by multiple personality disorders." The New York Times would have us believe in wars in much smaller nations that have taken the lives of many millions of children and maimed tens of millions. Dropping twice the total amount of bombs dropped in Europe, Africa and Asia by both sides during WW II on the tiny Buddhist rice farming nation of Vietnam, our ally in WW II is sanity? Our 'sane' media celebrities might best remember that five Nazi German media celebrities were convicted at Nuremberg. Two were hanged, one committed suicide, two went to prison. Think of their future.
Your
author would like to point out an obvious media push to resell US wars
in smaller nations as having been wonderfully patriotic, during the
current election process in which so many Americans are backing
candidate Trump's call for investing in America rather than in overseas
wars and what Martin Luther King called
"unjust predatory investments, the immense profits from which bring
Americans privileges and pleasures they refuse to give up." [3]
The
current media managed US election process seems a playing out in public
of indecision within the rich one tenth of one percent, who rule
America and most of the world, indecision over whether to switch to less
profitable investing in their home base America and Europe, or to
continue wildly enriching themselves investing in the profitable but
illegal use of the nation's armed forces and in the much higher profit
rendering low wage economies of the rest of the world, thereby
accelerating forward the arrival of the time when those Third World
nations led by China will overtake the US and Europe in economic and
political power and demand equity.
Billionaire
Republican candidate Donald Trump seems to have been designated by a
forward thinking powerful mass of investors to present a demand that
government force America's wealth controlling deep-pockets to invest in a
United States suffering from neglect, rather than continue to promote
investing more profitably in the low wage economies of developing
nations regardless of the consequences of speeding up development of
future contenders for world power.
This
group of major investors must be aware that hugely populated China will
inevitably replace America as the world's most influential society and
have therefore enabled Trump to come near to suggesting that it be
better for the US to stop investing in profitable genocidal and illegal
use of its Armed Forces, CIA, State Department, media and sanctions. Of
course, though Trump might seem to be reproaching ruling investors in
genocide with a least some of the truth, Trump dare not awaken sympathy
for the innocent millions of victims of US firepower.
However,
Trump, with wars promoting media either ridiculing him or making a
blatant over the top show of frightened opposition, has been maintaining
among other things that the five trillion dollars spent on wars for
regime change in the Middle East should have been spent in the US
rebuilding its infrastructure; that NATO is obsolete; that the US should
seek friendship with China and Russia; that he likes Xi Jinping and
Putin, (America's perennial and sacrosanct mortal enemies!) and would
get along fine with them. Trump has called the last two term Republican
President, George Bush, a liar for having lied about Iraq having weapons
of mass destruction and has voiced suspicion about the 9/11 attack that
happened so easily on Bush's watch. Trump has disputed hailing Senator
John McCain, 2008 Republican presidential candidate, a hero for having
been shot down in Vietnam, and has condemned and ridiculed eighty
percent of media's reporters and commentators as pathetic liars (which
comes to the what is in reality that hundred percent, who are willing to
preposterously describe America's running crimes against humanity as
heroic deeds in defense of American freedom). Trump has asked, "why must
the United States lead the world everywhere on the globe and play the
role of the world's policeman, now for example in Ukraine? "Trump asks, "why
does the United States always pursue regime changes - Iraq, Libya,
Ukraine, and now it wants a regime change in Syria, Damascus, when the
result is disaster."
This
wholesale attack on the 'patriotic' war establishment is unheard of,
and it seems a more substantial amount of the powerful investors ruling
the US and the world have their investments so heavily weighted in the
super lucrative military industrial complex, that they must desperately
count on the West's overkill military dominance to assure Western
control of the world far into the foreseeable future. Investors locked
into the financial-industrial-military complex, perhaps still led by now
ancient David Rockefeller and his intellectual presuming confidants,
Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski, must surely be more powerful
than investors, whose portfolios are weighted in production, trade,
acquisitions and currencies manipulation. A glance at our vastly over
militarized world, continuing massively destructive wars and steady
impoverishment of half of mankind would seem to be sufficient to assume
the primacy of investments in the profitable but criminal use of Armed
Forces and CIA.
Since
its Operation Mockingbird [2] in the early 1950's, the CIA has
overseen, fed and tightly controlled the monolithic gigantic news and
entertainment media corporations that produce an estimated 98% of all
sources of information available to the American public. This explains
the wild efforts of newscasters, commentators and talk shows to
denigrate Trump in whatever desperate method possible.
But Albert Einstein said already in 1950:
"Under
existing conditions, private capitalists inevitably control, directly
or indirectly, the main sources of information (press, radio,
education). It is thus extremely difficult, and indeed in most cases
quite impossible, for the individual citizen to come to objective
conclusions and to make intelligent use of his political rights." - Albert Einstein, Essays in Humanism
Before
Trump inserted doubts about the rational for US deadly and devastating
foreign policy, mass media had been dutifully preparing the public for
war with Russia, China and Iran. Even Left wing journalists had been
predicting doom - inescapable world war.
Since
Investors in outrageously murderous criminal ventures have had their
co-criminal wars-heralding media convince Mr. and Mrs. America to see US
perpetrated genocide after genocide as perfectly acceptable, even
praiseworthy, at first, media sought to ridicule Trump's anti-war pro
peace posture, but then, perhaps noticing public appeal for it, changed
tactics to putting a cap on the public being aware of Trump's less
belligerent foreign policy, and has continued to focus on slandering
Trump as a racist and worst, by taking his words out of context. It may
continue to be effective in diminishing Trump's approval rating, but in
each case of distortion, Trump might be able to clear through, e.g.
Mexicans in the US know better than anyone else that they are the first
targets of the predators easily sneaking across the border along with
good people seeking work. So many Mexicans here came seeking refuge from
a horribly criminal Mexican government.
Obviously,
since predatory investments go hand in hand with bombings and
invasions, the Military Industrial Complex has to be virulently opposed
to forcing investors to invest in the USA as Trump, and to some degree
Sanders, have been trumpeting to an ever widening audience, however,
with China's rise as a world power making itself more noticeable month
by month, economic might has begun to loom more and more important than
military might. After all, bigger money buys bigger guns and the biggest
money will always buy the most of anything necessary. Equally
important, one can suppose all investors are aware of a predicted future
in which China and not the US will be controlling critical world
institutions including the United Nations and its courts.
Will
some future Chinese leader perhaps point to the administrations of a
President Trump as having had the foresight to create a bridge between
Western imperialism and a China led renaissance of humanity, which this
writer believes will put a new and peaceful world under control of human
intelligence, or will the wildly genocidal speculative banking industry
of the unregulated white Western colonial-neocolonialism have its grand
finale in one last cataclysmic horror before expiring?
Shall anyone hope for the permanence of Western colonial-neocolonial capitalist imperialist 'civilization?' All our lauded technological progress -- our very civilization - is like the axe in the hand of the pathological criminal." wrote Albert Einstein in a letter to Heinrich Zangger (1917)
If
run away insanity for war and domination is unable to bring off the
World War America needs to forestall an Asian, African, Latin American
led world dawning, American will benefit from Wisdom of the Orient
soon. Americans realize that their two hundred forty year young United
States of America has been the envy of much of the world for more than a
hundred years. Chinese realize that five thousand year old China was
for more than a thousand of those years looked up to as wealthiest and
most civilized and advanced nation in the world. Take it from someone
who has lived and worked among the Chinese in China for years, the
Chinese are very confident in themselves, intensely focused on family
and having a good time, with no need to prove themselves and gain
control of other societies, which in the past have had little to offer
China. The multipolar world in arrival looks better already.
In
a multipolar world, the absurdities, illogic and insanity that
justifies US NATO UN genocide will no longer be successfully propagated.
These outrageous fabrications just wont wash when exposed to the light
of day by new major sources of information in Asia, Africa and Latin
America that will appear as economic power shifts Eastward and
Southward.
