Personal Advice for Windows Users

It's April Fools.  Not SYS2K, of course.  But Windows is working smoothly in one regard.

Right click on the big, open tool bar at the bottom.

In the box that pops up, left click on "Task Manager".

A screen appears.

This screen shows CPU activity, and has several other option tabs at the top.

Shrink the screen and minimize it down to the bottom tool bar.

Later, if you get in a loop or things seem screwgy, just bring up the screen from your bottom toolbar, and see if your CPU is even working.  If it's not, you've either successfully reached an idle point, or you may have big problems.
