Mittens the Mormon was boo'd today at the NAACP as he criticized President Obama's health care initiatives. Gee, what did he expect?
According to the AP:
"Romney received polite applause at several points during the speech. But he was interrupted again when he flatly accused Obama of failing to spark a more robust economic recovery."'I know the president has said he will do those things. But he has not. He cannot. He will not. And his last four years in the White House prove it definitively,' Romney said as the crowd's murmurs turned to louder groans.
"Finally, he stopped amid loud jeers.
"'If you want a president who will make things better in the African-American community, you are looking at him. You take a look,' Romney shot back."
Oh yeah, I'm sure that retort convinced them, Mittens! Just scream at them that you're the REAL "black" candidate. Good luck with that. African Americans aren't exactly fans of Neocon policies or the church of Latter-Day Saints, which up until 1978 banned blacks from church leadership. Seems they "bore the mark of Cain" or some such religious insanity. God changed his mind during the Disco-era and decided they could have their own special planets after all. Amen.
Maybe Romney should stick to addressing crowds of pasty white Teabaggers, they're his only hope for a November Hail Mary.
