I'd like to share with the esteemed readers of OpEdNews this updated Press Advisory on our "Redo the Primary" petition to NY Attorney General Schneiderman.

Clearly, Election Justice USA (formed immediately after the Arizona primary), plus Bernie's campaign lawyer Brad Deutsch, and certainly New York Eric Schneiderman and the Civil Rights Bureau in his Executive Office, all together would have powerful standing in the level of federal court appropriate to order that a new election be done with adequate safeguards to protect voter rights.

This should be done AT LEAST for Arizona, perhaps simultaneously.

All New Yorkers, especially those who were disenfranchised, must be given a New Primary. About doing over the disgraceful New York Primary, this news from Albany must not wait for Californians and those in the remaining states with primaries to learn about in detail.

The New York Primary a few weeks ago was the most crooked hijacked primary in American history with its unprecedented disenfranchisements, so both Federal and NY Civil Rights Statutes make this actionable.

The Civil Rights Bureau of the New York Attorney General's Executive Office is exactly where our petition should be.

How should Eric Schneiderman set up a second primary? Well, Jimmy Carter recently stated that because of the egregious primaries, he believes that American no longer has a functioning democracy. Carter and his foundation have overseen elections in other nations. Together with UN observers and with FBI computer experts in forensics focused on the "flipping" of votes, Schneiderman could set up adequate safeguard to protect voter integrity in a redone primary. Every single voting machine is suspect.

If Eric Schneiderman, his Civil Rights Bureau Director, Lourdes Rosado, and their staff would take the time to read what their fellow New Yorkers are saying to them in the comments, surely they will move forward and ask a Federal Court to order that a new repeated York Primary be held.

The petition is growing increasingly active, now with almost 4500 signatures, although the first phase has already been transmitted to him and now in the Civil Rights Bureau of his Executive Office and we will turn in the second phase on Monday.

We appreciate the far seeing wisdom of George Soros in his creating moveon.org. This Hungarian-American cares more about preserving participatory democracy than most Americans seem to.
