Once we congregate for awhile to show that intelligent, capable people do care about the prisoners, we will then proceed to Judge Henderson's courtroom where the Plata trial is being heard. It is important to be there at 9 am sharp so the decision-makers can see that there are people who are able and willing to stand up for the prisoners as they enter the building.

UNION families who have published thousands of articles, filed at least 100 lawsuits, sacrificed time, money, income and the necessities of life to back up and wage a fierce objection to the occupation that has gripped our state will be present.

Please be there in support of these courageous people who have carried the battle on behalf of everyone.

We have rides available from almost every major city in the state. Some people are sharing the costs of hotel rooms to make this very affordable. Some vans are coming which will have free rides depending on where you live

Take the Civic Center Exit from the BART

It is very important to be there at 9 am promptly so that we can congregate a good crowd in support of three judge panel and then we will go up to Judge Henderson's hearing later.
