Ron Paul: Iran attack = nuclear. HELP! We've GOT to stop this!

"They aren't doing it for benefit. They are doing it just to go along with others" (and to be a clan) said Congressman Ron Paul.

What is he talking about?

Nuclear attack on Iran.

According to Congressman Ron Paul, they are talking about striking Iran, punishing other countries who support Iran, and making sure Iran doesn't retaliate by hitting them with nuclear weapons.

Now if this isn't evil and criminal, I just don't know what is.

Sounds like there are a lot of frightened puppies in the White House. They strike and plan to step it up in the event of retaliation. Such evil, shock and awe and melting flesh off the bones of people, all out of fear. Sick! This has got to be mental illness at work.  Don't you think?

As I listened to the video of Congressman Ron Paul reporting about Congress and Bush's joint criminal ventures, I was dismayed to hear Ron Paul saying things like "There was nothing we could do," and so on.

Well, I beg to differ. There is a lot Congress can do. Like...."Just say No" to war funding based on lies. And, last but not least, arrest Bush. Citizen's arrest.

Let me qualify first that I am very grateful to Ron Paul for reporting in this direct, honest and open way to the public. His concern was palpable not only in his courageous whistle-blowing deed, but also in his tone of voice and things he said. No doubt Ron Paul is alerting us in a spirit of ethics, and at risk to himself. What a guy! Thank you Ron Paul.

But to sit back and say, "we couldn't do anything" when a nuclear attack is being discussed, and when punishing supporting countries (against national and international law, at risk of creating WW III, and as if Bush is monarch of all countries in the world) is itself a criminal act. All due respect to Ron Paul and his concern, but I say, "Arrest Bush. Arrest Congressmembers who go along with the criminal program."

Here are some things I propose we do to stop the war with Iran.

A) Dennis Kucinich is filing ONE article of impeachment. That one article of impeachment is based on taking our nation to war based on lies.

B) PLEASE CIRCULATE THE INFORMATION WIDELY! To put the concern about wars based on lies on the public radar, would be to not only help get Bush impeached, but especially would put Congress itself in check. Congress would be under special public scrutiny for funding yet one more war based on lies, if we get this ONE article of impeachment out on the public radar. So even if it does not succeed in pushing impeachment through, it sure would succeed in putting Congress in check.

B) Please send the link above out in chain emails, asking friends to forward it. Post it widely to blogs. Dial in to radio talk shows. Write letters to your editor. Go to the local papers and college newsletter editors to be sure your letter is printed. But give the mainstream a try too: With more than 100 letters to the editor printed in my name, in my experience letters to the editor are not as censored as journaled articles.

C) It would seem to me that people who wage wars of aggression based on lies are not mentally fit to serve in public office. They need to be taken out and hospitalized for intensive psychiatric care, immediately and without delay.

When a person is delusional and psychotic, a psychiatric hospital cannot hold a person against their will. However, when a person is a threat to themselves or others, they are required by law to hold them, against their will or with their consent.

This quote summarizes the nature of my concerns and the content of personal experiences which stir my activism: "Necessity is the plea for every infringement on human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves". --Paul (more...)
