At Smokedown Prohibition V Adam Kokesh is targeted for arrest even though it is obvious he isn't smoking marijuana. This happened on May 18, 2013 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA. Four times previously people openly smoked the controlled plant at this civil disobedience event with no reaction from the authorities. It is thought that Adam is being targeted for organizing the
