The cruel idiocy of the drug war is in full view today. The carnage is a direct result of drug laws outlawing the mere possession of nature’s own god-given, unadulterated, plant substances – i.e., marijuana and coca leaves, and mushrooms, etc.
To outlaw nature in this fashion, and prohibit every other human being’s right to nature’s pharmacopeia, you first have to assume you are a god and above ordinary mortals with the right to enclose nature - and so keep fellow human beings, with equal rights upon this earth, from these plants.
This enclosure of nature and prohibiting of the possession of nature’s plants is insane on its face – not to mention a cruel, fascist, counterproductive and extremely expensive idiocy. Crime, corruption and murder have reached incredible heights due to these plant prohibitions. How stupid and cruel can we be to continue these policies?
Given the on-going collective cowardice and hypocrisy of politicians, however, the only way a Prohibition II is going to end is if the Supreme Court takes a case, any case, and decides that human beings have a natural right to unadulterated plant substances. Consider it the eleventh right the founders forget to include in the Bill of Rights because, at the time, they could not believe anyone in the future would ever consider such a ridiculous and offensive proposal, much less proceed to ruin society by imposing it.
By giving people the right to possess all of nature’s plants and a backyard garden of same if desired, we immediately undercut the profit of the drug gangs – now busy murdering at a incredible rate. We also act to undercut the unnecessary strength and potency of cartel product. With regard to nature, we act to return society to a state of normalcy which has existed for eons.
Clearly, we have to take the profit out of the prohibited plant enterprise to begin to restore order, freedom, and natural right. Only un-enclosure by the Supreme Court accomplishes this in the swiftest and sane-est fashion. The very purpose of the Court is to keep us from the idiocy of legislators trampling upon our human and natural rights.
Clearly, the pain and suffering inflicted upon millions of people by the drug laws is a form of torture. We have an Auschwitz of victim-less crime prisoners for whom we are paying miillions far better spent in more productive parts of the economy. The drugs laws have spawned an incredible underground economy meaning billions do not go thru legitimate channels and provide tax revenue to the state. And today, terrorists now ride upon the backs of the drug gangs.
In effect, our legislators are co-conspirators, and accessories before and after the fact to the drug trade crime and madness - not to mention doing nothing about the CIA and its profiteering in heroin and cocaine. Further, the War on Drugs is but a tool for all the corrupt dictators and oligarchies around the world to murder labor leaders and political dissidents. In other words, plant prohibitions are serving to murder democracy... and yet our legislators keep serving the gangs and dictators.
Consider that for millions of years humanity existed with nature’s plants and had no problems. It was not until some uptight, puritannical, friend of Mr. Fascist himself - J. Edgar Hoover - came out with “Reefer Madness” nonsense that this latter-day drug pogrom began.. and continued despite the obvious debacle of Prohibition I.
Yes, a pogrom (defined as “an organized massacre of helpless people”) is clearly what the drug war has become. Millions of innocents lives ruined by the effects of the drug laws, and those in need of treatment driven away by the penalties and affects upon one life and career. Addiction is a medical problem for chrissake!
But fascism alway comes in the name of the children, and the drug laws are no different. Fine, we can retain laws for the sale of adulterated natural substances and minor’s possession (even though minors for millions of years have not had problems due to respect from their elders).
Consider also how the drug law insanity continues with zealots who have gone so far as to prohibit the use of hemp in clothing and various items. Imagine, the very paper upon which our own Constitution is written is now prohibited, and so a source of competition for oil cannot be grown. Yet more criminal idiocy.
In any case, we simply need to end the idea that one human being can prevent another from nature’s unadulterated plants... period. The Supreme Court must save us from this costly torture that is the drug law pogrom and murder of human and natural rights. So let Mother Nature out of her cell. She will stop the profiteering, crime, corruption and murder all on her own.
