We Can Know the Truth

By       (Page 1 of 1 pages)   2 comments
We all live. We all die. We all breathe. We are all nourished by the
fruits of this Earth. Global communication has progressed to the point
where we can see the big picture, see the effect of
our lifestyle on others and the environment. We can see that we are all
humans, trying to survive, trying to be fulfilled. No matter what our
beliefs are, no matter who we are trying to be, no matter where we are
on this planet, we are one family - humanity - inhabiting this giant
rock we call Earth. We are surrounded by trillions of stars, entire
galaxies, and trillions of light years of empty space.

Yet we quarrel. We insist. We destroy. We inflict suffering on each
other, because we do not see the situation truly. We are blinded by our
egos, lost in our minds, wanting more. Humans do not understand the
nature of the universe, and thus they do not understand themselves. The
universe is physical matter shaped by empty space and unseen forces,
like gravity, moving in perfect balance. It doesn't matter what our
minds think - the universe will balance regardless. Humanity does not
live in harmony with the balance. The universe is honest - humanity is
not.

For the first time in history, we no longer have to fight and compete
to survive. This period of relative peace gives us a chance to become
something more, a window of opportunity to change our ways and overcome
the beast within. If we do not heed this opportunity, something will
happen to release the beast within mankind, throwing us into the laws
of the jungle. A catastrophic disaster, a plague or pandemic, infected
water, etc. If we stand divided, we will never be able to prepare for
global emergencies.

It is no coincidence that, for the first time in history, we have the
ability to wipe humanity off of the planet. Humanity is blinded by sex,
wealth, fame and fantasy, emotions and greed running wild. The
situation could not be more dangerous, but people cannot see. The mind
is like a thin layer of thick fibers that thrives on separation and
complexity, but the veil is lifting. For the first time in history, we
can know the truth. It will transform us, and our world, as our world
is just a reflection of us.

At present, humanity is at a cusp, in transition, and this is our
window of opportunity. We must become something more than animals while
we can, while we no longer have to fight and kill to survive. We must
overcome the deceptive mind creates the illusion of separation and the
instinctual beast within. We must overcome millions of years of
evolutionary programming to take the next and final step in our
evolution. We must use what we evolved, the rational mind, to learn the
truth and use it to overcome our own minds.

We all have to live and die, so the truth of life and death applies to
us all. Thus, it is the only thing that could possibly unite humanity,
so that we may work together to end the unnecessary suffering on Earth
- to see the real threats to our survival and prepare for them as a
global community. Humanity must unite under a universal truth that can
be checked. There is no other way.

There is nothing more important right now than working together to
seek, define, and spread the truth. Literally, everything depends on
the truth. We cannot skip it. It is time to get serious and honest
about the real truth, the truth that the evidence supports, the truth
that can be checked.

What could be more worthwhile than helping to find and spread the truth?

Visit The Truth Contest, read the entries, and spread the word.

Seeking and spreading the truth to overcome the mind and take the next
step in evolution is no one's responsibility but our own. If not us,
who? If not now, when?

I am a college student, a young person, and I am very disappointed in the way adults have run this world in the past and are running it now. They are stealing our future with their irrational irresponsible behavior. It has to stop now. I am also (more...)
