I just came across this petition advertised on DailyKos, calling for Rep John Sununu, R of New Hampshire to be required to testify before Congress.

The New Hampshire Democratic Party (NHDP) today launched a new web ad and
online petition drive asking John E. Sununu to testify before Congress about
the 2002 phone jamming scandal. The House Judiciary Committee recently
announced it will investigate the illegal election-day scheme that has already resulted in three convictions with two men going to jail, including the former Executive Director of the New Hampshire Republican Party.
