Texas 'ES&S Counties' will probably be using hand counted paper ballots in the run-off elections on May 13. They have already been given permission to use paper ballots by the state. I highly recommended that people interested in the workings of a small voting technology vendor read the article entitled, "Vote of confidence? Firm has low profile" (link below). The article is an expose on MicroVote and worth the time. New York announced their new voting machine standards today. West Virginia announced that out-dated software has been installed on their iVotronics....
