Upper Black Eddy, PA, February 5, 2007 . . . Local author, Jim Donovan, recently inked a deal with Lightning Source Inc., an Ingram subsidiary, to handle the US production of his self-help classic, "This is Your Life, Not a Dress Rehearsal." Within weeks, the printer announced plan to open a new facility in Allentown, PA. Based on the huge success of the book around the globe, Donovan's publisher, Austin Bay, chose to make it available here in the United States once again. "I told LSI I expected a high demand for this book here and was concerned they could handle the production," says Donovan, tongue in cheek. "I'm glad they concurred and chose to build their new facility not 20 miles from my home. "This is Your Life, Not a Dress Rehearsal" has received critical acclaim and is a bestseller in Japan, garnering a rave review from the CEO of Toyota. In addition to Japan, sales in China, Saudi Arabia, Korea, India, Nigeria, Romania, and Greece have exceeded expectations. The new Lightning Source facility, scheduled to open in Allentown, Pa is the first US plant outside the company headquarters in Lavergne, TN.
