investigation into State of Nevada voting practices
since 2004. I believe that I can assist you in your
2008 endeavors. I make this offer with the prayer
that there is a way you good people can assist me here
in Nevada. (I hate to drop my tough broad persona and
whimper but I am really alone out here and I could use
some help.)
But first Hats Off to Steve Freeman when I suggest
that the first thing we need are pollsters outside of
every precinct [if possible] with three questions for
exiting voters: 1) Did you experience any voting
machine or registration problem. 2) Did you bring your
sample ballot and did the poll worker bar scan your
voter ID number? 3) Who did you vote for for
President?
Poll books and voting records need to be inspected in
a recount but you may find that the Registrar of
Voters or Board of Elections will not have updated
these records in a timely fashion within the lawfully
allotted to call for a recount in your state. For
instance here in Nevada - amazingly - any voter can
call for a recount of the Presidential election within
a very limited time. My Washoe County (NV) fought me
for access to the 2006 poll books and voting records.
This delaying tactic took up up valuable time during
which time the statue of limitations is ticking away.
Therefore I suggest that all election activists become
acquainted with their election law.
And yes - most decidedly when you are researching the
outcome of an election - not only the poll books but
the voter registration and voter history records must
be examined, copied and correlated.
full of donations to win election justice. I
desperately need help here in Nevada. I want to plead
for people on the ground Election day 2008. I can
help other states by offering the benefit of what I
have learned over the last 4 years and remind you that
although I am not an attorney; and I don't play one on
television - I am engaged in litigation against
Sequoia Voting Systems, Diebold/Premier Elections
Systems, The State of Nevada, and Washoe County
(wherein I vote). And while I am outgunned here in
wild and woolly Nevada - with no fewer that 15
attorneys poised against me including Jones Day acting
for Diebold/Premier Election Systems (represented by
Clinton Attorneys and Democratic Party good ole' Boys
- Lionel, Sawyer and Collins. [See Jennifer Flowers V
Clinton]) I am learning how to shoot back with the
law. All of this to say that I would be pleased to
assist any pro se activist interested in pursuing
product defect litigation. We desperately need a
phalanx of attorneys and professional researchers to
help pro se litigants.
With this said, anyone serious about pursuing 2008
election justice needs to start raising money now to
buy copies of poll books and voter registration and
purge and voter histories as well as to cover a host
of other expenses including hiring researchers who can
devote 12 hours a day to researching case law, etc.
We need a 501C.3 to work with who will gather funds
for dispersal to Nevada, N.H., Ohio, Texas, Fla. or
where ever there is a question of election injustice.
I hope you'll join the Nevada election cavalry. I'll
be riding right beside you hoping to help you win our
battle for election justice. We need boots on the
ground across the nation if we are to win this battle
for the soul of our nation.
This is my appeal to you, dear reader. I close with a
wish for Mazel Tov for the New Year and the wish for
Solidarity and victory over deceit in 2008!
