We got I-pods and I-phones,

We got drones in the sky,

And nano's and gigs,

And sand in our eyes.

A nation of voyeurs,

We see it all from outside;

Watching life from our Microsoft Windows

Doing nothing and fried.

We used to live in the world

And have hopes and dreams.

We traded it all

For high tech and schemes.

We used to react

And go out in the street

And fight for our rights

Not stare at our feet.
